- 1 sheet Phyllo dough (cut into equal 6 pieces)
- non-stick cooking spray
- 3 cups plain Yogurt
- 3 Tbsps honey
- ⅓ cup fresh Berry
- mint (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 400° F/200° C. Grease 6 cone molds.

Cut each phyllo rectangle into strips lengthwise. Spray the strips with cooking spray. Lightly wrap the cone molds with the phyllo strips. Spray again. Bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
3.
In a medium size bowl, blend the yogurt and honey together until completely incorporated. Spoon 1/2 cup honey yogurt into each cone. To serve, garnish with fresh berries and mint.
