- 30 grams Wheat germ
- 30 grams Soy flour
- 30 grams Sesame seeds
- 30 grams Sunflower seed
- 30 grams ground almonds

- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps Shredded coconut

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the corn oil and honey in a saucepan. When heated through, add all other ingredients and mix well.
2.
With wet hands, form walnut-sized balls. Place each ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3.
Preheat the oven at 125°C (approximately 250°F) and bake on the middle shelf for about 45 minutes. When baked through, remove and let cool.
