- 150 grams honey
- 8 Tbsps Corn oil
- 30 grams Wheat germ
- 30 grams Soy flour
- 30 grams Sesame seeds
- 30 grams Sunflower seed
- 30 grams ground almonds
- 30 grams
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps Shredded coconut

Preparation steps
1.
Combine the honey and corn oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, transfer to a large bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth.

Dampen hands with water, shape the dough into walnut-sized balls and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3.
Bake in an oven preheated to 125°C (approximately 250°F) for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack. Store the cookies in an airtight container or wrap individually in cellophane for gift giving.
