- 4 ripe Apricot
- 2 Tbsps honey
- lemons (juice)
- 400 milliliters chilled Apple juice
- 4 Ice cubes

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the apricots in hot water, then pat dry. Halve, remove the stones, and finely dice the fruit. Puree with the honey, lemon juice, half of the apple juice, and the ice cubes.

Divide into two tall glasses, and top with the remaining apple juice.
