1 small Pineapple (peeled and core removed)
½ Cantaloupe (peeled, seeds removed and roughly chopped)
4 tablespoons plain Yogurt
1 cup water
2 tablespoons honey

Preparation steps

1.
Roughly chop the pineapple flesh and place in a blender with the melon, yoghurt, water and honey.

Blend until smooth, adding a little more water in necessary, then pour into glasses and serve.
