- 1 small Pineapple (peeled and core removed)
- ½ Cantaloupe (peeled, seeds removed and roughly chopped)
- 4 Tbsps plain Yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps
1.
Roughly chop the pineapple flesh and place in a blender with the melon, yoghurt, water and honey.
2.
Blend until smooth, adding a little more water in necessary, then pour into glasses and serve.
