- 1 carrot
- 6 peeled almonds
- 1 Apricot
- 175 milliliters milk
- 2 tsps sugar
- 1 Tbsp Whipped cream
- ½ tsp Nutritional yeast

Preparation steps

Rinse and peel the carrot, then thinly slice. Add with the almonds to a pot, and cover with water. Cover and cook over medium heat, for 10 minutes, until soft.
2.
Rinse and halve the apricots. Remove the stones, and coarsely chop the fruit. Puree with the carrot, almonds, and remaining ingredients. Pour into a glass, and garnish with a peel baby carrot, if you'd like.
