8 Pearl onion
1 Anchovy fillet
1 tsp Caper
200 grams Mayonnaise
50 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 sprig parsley
1 sprig Tarragon

1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and finely chop egg. Cut pickles and onions into small cubes. Pat anchovy fillet dry. Finely chop anchovy and capers.

2.

Mix mayonnaise with yogurt and 1-2 tablespoons pickle brine. Rinse herbs, pat dry, strip leaves from stems and coarsely chop.

3.

Mix all prepared ingredients together and season with salt, lemon juice and pepper.
