1 pinch salt
1 fresh egg
3 Tbsps cold water
7 Tbsps milk
3 Tbsps Oil
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
1 Tbsp chopped Chives
1 Tbsp chopped thyme

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 425º F / 220°C.

Sift the flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Whisk the egg and water together and add to the flour. Beat to a smooth batter; slowly add the milk, beating to incorporate. Set aside to rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

Drizzle oil into a standard 12 hole muffin tin; heat the pan in the oven for 5 minutes.
4.
Whisk the chopped herbs into the batter.

Carefully remove the hot muffin tin from the oven and divide the batter evenly between the wells.
6.
Bake for 14 to 18 minutes or until the puddings are puffed up and golden brown.
