- 5 eggs
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 0.333 cup all-purpose flour
- Baking powder
- ½ cup Quark
- 0.333 cup milk
- 5 cups Apple (chopped into small pieces)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°, gas 6 and butter four individual casserole dishes.

Beat together the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon until frothy. Add the flour, a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking powder, the quark and milk and stir well.

Chop the apple into small pieces and drizzle immediately with the lemon juice. Mix through the batter and spoon into the dishes. Bake in the oven for around 30 minutes until golden brown, and serve.
