- 6 centimeters Cucumber
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tsps freshly chopped Tarragon
- 2 tsps freshly chopped Chervil
- 2 tsps freshly chopped Chives
- 2 tsps freshly chopped mint

Preparation steps

In a small bowl, season the vinegar with salt and pepper. Stir until the salt has dissolved, then gradually incorporate the oil.

Peel the cucumber and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely dice. Mix with the herbs and the vinaigrette. Season to taste. This sauce goes well with raw vegetables, grilled vegetables, or steamed vegetables.
