Preparation steps

1.

Rinse cranberries. Peel apples, cut in half, remove seeds and chop flesh into tiny pieces. Peel oranges, separate into sections and cut into tiny pieces, collecting juice as you go.

Mix cranberries, apples, scallion and orange pieces and juice with sugar. Fill jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
