- 4 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as Parsley, basil)

Preparation steps

Peel the shallot, cut in half, and finely dice.

Mix the vinegar with the mustard, shallots, the oil, and the herbs. Place in a small jar, and stir or shake until thoroughly combined. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar.
