- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as parsley, chervil, tarragon, dill, chives, etc.)
- 1 finely chopped shallot
- 4 Tbsps White vinegar
- ½ tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ tsp red peppers
- 10 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps

Mix the vinegar, mustard, sugar, oil and season with salt and pepper.

Stir in the herbs, shallots and red pepper. Serve over salad, if desired.
