Herb Crusted Chicken
Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F).
Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Beat the eggs. Mix the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, dried herbs, salt and pepper. Cover the chicken in flour and drag through the egg. Roll the chicken in the breading and press well. Place the chicken on a lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 35 minutes, until crispy.
Serve garnished with lemon wedges, white bread and salad.
