- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped, mixed Fresh herbs
- salt
- freshly ground white peppers
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps red Bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 small red chili pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and pat dry the chili. Halve, remove the stalk and seeds, and finely chop.

Mix the butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, and herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. mix in the chili, then transfer the herb butter to a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
