- 1 Tbsp lightly crushed mixed Fresh herbs
- salt

- For chili butter
- 50 grams softened butter
- 1 Tbsp Chili powder
- 1 generous pinch cayenne pepper
- For the curry butter
- 50 grams softened butter
- 1 Tbsp Curry powder
Preparation steps

For the grilled corn: Peel the husks from the corn on the cob, remove the silk, cut into pieces, parboil in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes then drain. Brush with the butter and grill until golden brown. Season with salt.

For the dips: Beat the respective ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
