Hearty Vegetable Soup with Proscuitto and Noodles

300 grams small Pearl onion
250 grams Peas (frozen)
150 grams Prosciutto (thinly sliced)
1 ⅕ liters Vegetable broth
salt
freshly ground peppers
150 grams Pasta (Tagliardi)
Frisée (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and halve onions. Combine broth with onions and bring to a boil, add noodles and simmer for 5 minutes. Add peas and simmer for 5 more minutes or until noodles are al dente.  

2.

Cut proscuitto into strips and add to the soup. Season soup with salt and pepper. Pour into bowls and garnish with frisee. Serve.
