3 egg whites
1 pinch salt
200 grams sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
200 grams ground Hazelnuts
2 Tbsps cornstarch
2 Tbsps instant Coffee powder
½ tsp cinnamon
For dusting

Preparation steps

1.

For the dough, beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually sprinkle in the salt and sugar. Mix in the lemon juice and continue beating until the mixture attracts tips. Mix the nuts, cornstarch, coffee powder and cinnamon. Fold into the egg whites.

Preheat the oven to 140°C (approximately 300°F).

Pour the dough into a piping bag with a large nozzle. Squirt the dough into 2 cm piles on a lined baking sheet.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack. Dust the cookies with powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
