2 rolls Harzer Cheese
½ Red Bell pepper
80 grams lamb's lettuce
Frisée
1 small red onion
1 Tbsp scallions
2 Tbsps Fruit Vinegar
4 Tbsps vegetable oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the bell pepper half and chop finely. Rinse the lettuce and pat dry. Peel and dice the red onion. 

2.

Cut the Harzer cheese into thick slices. Arrange the lettuce on salad plates, top wth the sliced cheese, chopped peppers and diced red onion. Whisk the fruit vinegar and vegetable oil together, season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salads. Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
