- 300 grams Emmentaler cheese (sliced)
- 250 grams Poultry sausage (sliced)
- 200 grams Pickled cucumber
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 5 Tbsps Vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 tsps Mustard
- 6 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 150 grams Farmhouse bread (sliced)
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 1 Lettuce
Preparation steps
1.
Cut cheese into strips. Cut sausage slices in half. Finely dice the pickled cucumber.

Mix vinegar with mustard and oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the prepared ingredients.
3.
Slice bread into cubes. Toast in a frying pan in butter until browned. Trim lettuce, rinse and pat dry. Tear into bite-sized pieces and fold into the salad. Serve sprinkled with the croutons.
