- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- salt
- peppers
- 2 slices cooked ham
- 2 Lettuce
- 1 large Tomato
- ½ Red onion
- 2 Tortillas

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse tomatoes and cut into wedges. Peel onion and cut lengthwise into thin strips.
2.
Mix cream cheese, yogurt and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Top tortillas with ham, lettuce, tomato and onion. Roll tightly.
4.
Serve with the dipping sauce.
