- 1 Pickled cucumber
- fresh Sauerkraut (about 50 grams)
- 1 slice cooked ham (fat trimmed)

Preparation steps

Spread slices of bread with butter. Cut the pickled cucumber into slices and place on 1 slice of bread.
2.
Spread the sauerkraut over the pickled cucumber, add the ham slice and place the second slice of bread on top. Serve with mustard, if desired.
