1 garlic clove
60 grams soft butter

8 slices Toast
1 handful Watercress
4 slices ham
4 slices Cheese (such as Gouda)

Preparation steps

1.

Drain the tomatoes and finely chop. Peel and mince the garlic. Stir the tomatoes and garlic into the butter and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Toast the slices of toast. Allow to cool slightly and spread with butter mixture.

2.

Rinse and spin dry the watercress. Sprinkle watercress on 4 buttered toast slices and top with ham and cheese. Place the other slices of toast on top and cut in half diagonally. Serve immediately.
