Ham Sandwich with Peppers
Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into thin strips. Rinse, trim and thinly slice scallions crosswise. Peel and finely chop garlic. Heat oil in a pan. Add peppers, scallions and garlic and sauté about 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and let cool. Spread bread with cream cheese and top with ham. Divide the vegetables over ham and sprinkle with parsley.
