- 2 small Baguette (sliced horizontally)
- Lettuce (rinsed and dried)
- 2 slices Provolone cheese (or your favorite)
- 4 slices Black Forest ham
- ½ yellow Bell pepper (sliced)
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
Preparation steps

Spread mayonnaise or a condiment of your choosing on the cut side of each slice of baguette. Layer lettuce, cheese, ham and pepper slices. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
