4 slices Cheese (such as, Gouda, Emmental, 20 g each)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the leeks and cook in salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Remove and drain.

Place rows of 2 slices of ham, slightly overlapping, alongside each other. Lay a slice of cheese on top, followed by a leek in the center. Wrap them up carefully.

3.

Grease a baking dish with oil and place the leek and ham rolls next to each other. Drizzle with oil and season vigorously with pepper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400ºF) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Serve immediately.
