- 4 Bagel
- 4 tsps butter
- 1 bunch Cress
- ½ Organic cucumber
- 1 Red paprika
- 200 grams thinly sliced Roasted ham
- salt
- freshly ground black peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the bagels in half and toast. Let cool then spread the butter over the cut-sides.
2.
Trim the cress, rinse and shake dry. Rinse the cucumber and pepper and trim. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Remove the stem, seeds and pith from the pepper and cut the flesh into rings.
3.
Sprinkle the cress over the bottom bagel halves and top with ham, cucumber and pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Sandwich together with the remaining bagel halves and serve immediately.
