- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps Corn oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Halve the avocados and remove the seeds. Remove the pulp from the shell. Puree the pulp with the lemon juice (or mash finely with a fork).
2.
Peel the garlic and pass through a press into the puree. Mix in the oil, season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve.
