Preparation steps

1.

Peel and finely dice the onion. Rinse the chilis and slit lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely dice. Peel the avocados, halve lengthwise, and remove the seeds.

2.

Halve the lime and squeeze the juice. Rinse the cilantro, pat dry, and finely chop the leaves. Puree the avocados, lime juice, and cilantro in a blender. 

3.

Mix the avocado puree with the onion and the chili. Season to taste with salt and pepper, garnish with the cilantro leaves, and serve.
