500 grams Tuna steak (sushi grade)
3 Tbsps sesame oil
1 tsp peppercorns
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tuna and pat dry. Cut into 4 long pieces equal in size. Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a grill pan. Sear the tuna on both sides for 1-2 minutes. The tuna will be rare in the middle.

Coarsely grind the pepper, coriander and sea salt in a mortar.

3.

Slice the tuna and arrange on plates. Serve drizzled with olive oil. Serve with vegetables if desired.
