2 green Bell pepper

2 fresh Limes
1 tsp honey

Preparation steps

Rinse the tuna, pat dry and cut into bite-size pieces. Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into bite-size pieces. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Skewer the pieces of tuna, alternating with the peppers and onions. Brush with olive oil and cook on the grill, turning occasionally to cook on all sides for about 5 minutes.

Rinse the lime in hot water, dry and grate the peel. Juice the lime and mix with the zest, honey and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the skewers on plates and serve drizzled with lime sauce.
