Preparation steps

Preheat the grill. Slice the candied ginger into thin strips. Rinse, dry, and halve the tomatoes. Brush the cut surfaces of the tomatoes with the butter. Grill on each side for 5 minutes, then arrange on plates cut side up. Brush with the honey, sprinkle with the candied ginger, and serve.
