- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

Coat meat with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on a hot grill for about 3-4 minutes per side. Rinse tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Rinse bell pepper, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into small cubes.

Whisk lemon juice with oil, season with 1 pinch of sugar, salt and pepper. Combine tomatoes and pepper and toss with the dressing, sprinkle with parsley. Arrange steaks and tomato and pepper salsa on plates. If desired, serve with blanched peas, steamed broccoli and parsley potatoes.
