- 1 T bone steak
- 2 Bell pepper
- 2 shallots
- 3 small Tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- chili peppers (as many as desired)
- salt (and pepper)
- 1 pressed garlic clove
- Vinegar
- olive oil
- 2 rosemary

Preparation steps
1.
For the steak: Rinse the steak, pat dry and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat the grill. Add the steak and cook to preferred doneness.

In a bowl, whisk olive oil with the garlic and rosemary. Brush on the steaks during cooking.
For the tomato salsa: Halve the bell peppers and remove seeds. Peel the shallots. Place the bell peppers and shallots on the grill, and cook until soft.
3.
Cut the bell peppers, shallots and tomatoes into small cubes. Place in a bowl along with some oil and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and finely chopped chile pepper to taste.
