2 kilograms Pork ribs
For the marinade
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
2 Tbsps Plum butter
1 Tbsp grated Horseradish
2 Tbsps honey
1 Tbsp grated ginger
2 centiliters sherry
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsps sunflower oil
salt
cayenne pepper
4 chopped scallions

Preparation steps

1.

COmbine all ingredients for marinade and mix well. Rinse spare ribs, pat dry, divide into 2 rib-portions and coat with marinade.

2.

Cover and marinate for about 6 hours in a cool place. Remove from marinade and prepare spare ribs on the grill , turning every 15 minutes. 

3.

Baste with marinade often when girlling. Transfer to plates, sprinkle with chopped scallions and serve.
