2 Shellfish (such as sea bream, about 600 grams each, ready to cook)

250 grams Cherry tomatoes

Preparation steps

Rinse fish and pat dry. Season cavity with salt and red pepper flakes. Drizzle outside of fish with 2 tablespoons oil and season with salt and red pepper flakes. Place fish on a hot grill and cook, turning once, about 10 minutes total. Transfer fish to a sheet of aluminum foil lined with parchment paper. Return fish to grill and cook, turning occasionally, until cooked through, about 20 minutes.

Rinse and halve lemons. Rinse tomatoes and drizzle with remaining oil. Place lemons and tomatoes on grill and cook until beginning to blacken, about 10 minutes. Season tomato with salt. Serve fish with grilled lemons and tomatoes.
