4 small Sea bream (each 300 grams)
2 organic lemons
3 garlic cloves
6 Tbsps olive oil
1 pinch Red pepper flakes
salt
freshly ground peppers
500 grams Cherry tomatoes

Preparation steps

Preheat oven broiler.

Rinse sea bream inside and out and pat dry. Rinse lemons in hot water and finely grate peel. Cut lemons in half and then cut 2-3 thin slices from the center of each. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Mix oil in a bowl with red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and lemon zest. Brush fish inside and outside with oil mixture. Fill inside of sea bream with some lemon slices and garlic. Place fish in a fish basket or on a baking sheet and cook under the preheated broiler, watching carefully, on each side for about 10 minutes

Rinse tomatoes and place on a baking sheet with remaining lemon halves, drizzle with remaining oil and cook under the preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, for 6-8 minutes. Arrange sea bream and tomatoes on a plate and serve immediately.
