2 Tbsps lemon juice

For the salad
1 Cucumber
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsps sesame oil
2 Tbsps White vinegar
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

Rinse the salmon, pat dry, and cut into thin strips. Skewer the salmon in a wavy pattern. Mix the honey with the lemon juice and sesame seeds. Baste the salmon with the marinade. Coat the grates of the grill with the vegetable oil. Cook the salmon on the grill 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally.

For the salad, rinse the cucumber and cut thin slices lengthwise with a vegetable peeler. Rinse, and halve the tomatoes, then add to a bowl with the cucumber. Mix the sesame oil, vinegar, and sugar. Season to taste with salt, and mix into the salad. Serve the salad with the skewers.
