24 King prawn (ready to cook deveined and peeled down to the tail segment)
1 garlic clove
1 red chili pepper
1 generous pinch organic lemon zest
4 Tbsps olive oil
Sea salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse the king prawns, pat dry and thread onto 12 wooden skewers.

Peel the garlic and chop finely. Rinse, trim and chop the red chile pepper. Mix the olive oil with the garlic and the chile pepper, and brush the prawns with it. Season with sea salt and grill the skewers on the grill (or under the broiler) for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Place the grilled skewers on a serving dish and serve drizzled with the lemon juice.
