- 4 ozs sweet and sour Chili sauce

Preparation steps

Heat up grill.

Rinse prawns and pat dry. Mix with chili sauce and thread on skewers. Grill for about 4 minutes on all sides. Arrange on plates and serve with salad, if desired.
