4 slices Pork butt with bone (each 300 grams)
2 onions
vegetable oil (for the grill)
2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and slice the garlic and mix with the mustard and beer, season with pepper. Place the marinade in a dish large enough to hold the pork in a single layer. Rinse the meat, pat dry and place in the dish, turning the meat to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Heat the grill to medium and oil the grates. Lift the meat from the marinade, reserving the marinade and grill, turning the meat occasionally until cooked through, 10-15 minutes.

Peel the onions and cut into rings. Heat the butter in a skillet and saute the onions until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Add the reserved marinade and season with salt and pepper.

4.

Sprinkle the meat with salt and serve with the onions.

5.

If desired, serve with potato salad.
