Preparation steps

Rinse the pork, pat dry and cut into large cubes. Peel the garlic, finely chop and combine with the crushed peppercorns, paprika, 2 tablespoons oil and marjoram. Add the meat and mix well. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

The next day, thread the pork onto skewers, sprinkle with salt and cook on a hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Peel the onions, cut into rings and cook slowly in the remaining 2 tablespoons oil until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper and ground caraway seeds and serve with the skewers.
