3 Red onions
2 Zucchini

Preparation steps

Heat grill.

Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Peel onions, halve lengthwise and cut into wedges. Rinse zucchini, trim ends and cut crosswise into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch ) thick pieces. Alternately thread pork, onions and zucchini onto skewers, brush with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on all sides, occasionally brushing with oil,  8-10 minutes.

Serve with grilled tomatoes or onions, if desired.
