1 Zucchini
2 garlic cloves
4 Tbsps sunflower oil (plus more for grill grates)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-size pieces. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Rinse and halve the peppers, remove and dsicard seeds and ribs and cut into pieces. Rinse and slice the zucchini. Alternately thread the pork, onion, peppers, and zucchini on skewers.

Heat the grill to medium and lightly oil the grates. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix garlic with oil and sprinkle over skewers. Grill turning the skewers as they cook and brushing them regularly with the garlic and oil. Season with salt and pepper and serve the immediately.
