- 400 grams Pork (cutlets)
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 1 green Bell pepper
- 2 onions
- 4 medium-sized button Mushroom
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
2.
Rinse the peppers, trim, cut in half, remove seeds and white membranes and cut into bite-sized pieces.
3.
Peel the onion, cut in half lengthwise and cut into wedges.
4.
Trim the mushrooms and halve or quarter them.
5.
Thread the meat and vegetables alternately onto skewers, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper and place on a hot grill. Grill about 8 - 10 min, turning occasionally and brushing with oil several times. Remove from grill and serve.
