200 grams Smoked bacon
150 grams Dried apricot
1 tsp Coriander
½ tsp peppercorns
1 tsp Caraway
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the sausages and pork loin and pat dry. Cut both into bite-sized pieces. Slice the bacon into strips. Thread the meats alternately onto skewers with the dried apricots.

Grind the coriander seeds, peppercorns and caraway seeds in a mortar. Combine the crushed spices with the honey, lemon juice and vegetable oil. Brush the mixture onto the skewers. Place the skewers onto a preheated grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning and brushing with the remaining spice mixture every few minutes. Serve hot.
