- 500 grams Pork tenderloin
- 1 size Bell pepper
- 1 smaller Eggplant
- 1 tsp ground Cumin
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsps ground paprika (sweet)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 50 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Mix spices with oil in a bowl, turn the meat in it, and marinate covered about 1 hour.
2.
Rinse pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and white inner membrane, and cut into pieces.
3.
Rinse eggplant and cut slices or bite-sized pieces.
4.
Thread pieces of meat alternating with pepper and eggplant pieces onto wooden skewers. Place on a hot grill for 8–10 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade.
5.
Serve with wild rice.
