6 small, fresh Peaches (rinsed)
1 Tbsp Lavender honey
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps butter
2 sprigs fresh Lavender

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat heat grill.

Slice the peaches in half and remove the stone. Skewer three peach halves on 4 metal skewers.
3.
In a small saucepan, over medium heat, combine the honey, lemon juice, butter and lavender flowers from 1 sprig, stirring until the mixture bubbles.
4.
Brush the peaches all over with the honey mixture. Grill, brushing with the honey mixture frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with remaining lavender. Serve.
