- 2 sprigs Basil
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 80 grams grated Parmesan
- 150 grams Radicchio
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- Lemon wedge (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Clean and open oysters. Drain and loosen oyster meat with a knife, but leave meat in the shell. Rinse basil, pat dry with a paper towel and finely chop. Peel garlic, press into oil and drizzle over the oysters. Sprinkle with basil and parmesan, grill with the lid closed for about 6-8 minutes.

Rinse radicchio and cut into thin strips. Arrange on plates, drizzle with oil and lemon juice and top with grilled oysters. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
