- 12 slices smoked Pancetta
- Chicken liver
- 500 grams Beef fillet
- 1 bunch parsley
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Shell the oysters and pat dry. Wrap each oyster in a bacon slice. Trim the chicken livers. Cut the beef and chicken liver into bite-sized pieces.

Thread the oysters and the liver pieces alternately on wooden skewers. Brush with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Thread the beef on wooden skewers. Cook the skewers on a grill or in a grill pan grill until golden brown. Drizzle beef with olive oil drizzle and season with salt and pepper after grilling.

Rinse the parsley, pat dry and pluck the leaves. Arrange the skewers on the parsley and serve with lemon slices if desired.
